What is a Targeted Individual?

A Targeted Individual, or TI experience strange events of what is often known as organized crime. Through organized crime, a person is targeted by a group that stage events and they are synchronized together so that it will only appear to the target.
This surveillance is done by stalking, surveillance, break ins, continuous psychological operations, and it is deemed as persecution and psychological torture. The target is harassed 24/7 at work, the commune, and at home. A targeted individual will notice aggression, and organized events that only they can see. Many times these events will continue every day for a very long time. Sometimes, events seem synchronized, and stalking events make life feel like a skit.

 In the early 1940s, the CIA began what is known as MKULTRA mind control. The United States had a keen interest in controlling an individual to make them become the perfect slave, or what they would call a "manchurian candidate". They began testing and deploying these experiments on prisoners and continued research inside of institutions.

Other psychological experiments in conjunction with MKULTRA occured on individuals who would be stalked in a way that would trigger repeated trauma and paranoia. A group would follow a target and learn all of what they would identify as triggers. A trigger is all that an individual would have a respose to that they do not like. For example, the target is a 30 year old caucasion female. She suffers from a lung disease, and suffered an event that led her into a fit of coughing where she could barely breathe. Every time she hears a cough, it triggers a negative psychological response. So the targeter would organize a crime by learning her schedule, and timing synchronized events on her route meticulously and place wherever they could a triggering event. So, the group followed her and walked by, and as soon as they approached they would cough toward her. They do this when there are no witnesses to be seen. They learn another trigger, and hers would be that she hates the color pink. So they would meticulously place people wearing a pink shirt, and they seem to be always approaching her. Then when she walks out of the building, there are 3 pink cars lined up in a row, and she gets in her car and a pink car follows her.
The program was designed so that when the target would seek help, the DSM used by physicians and the common reaction and response from family and friends would make them confused, because they have not seen or understood these events nor do they have the same triggers. Most often, the individual is isolated and when they seek help, the program was designed to discredit them. Many will seek help and be given pharmecuticals that they do not need, and the problem never ceases until the project of psychological destruction is finished.


"Who is doing this?" usually is the first question asked and it begins to kindle a strong sense of paranoia. But, the everyday things the targeted individual sees is not abnormal to others, and many times they don't have the eyes to see it. They have been blinded by the powers and principalities of darkness in the world around us. We find it odd, because some targeted individuals capture evidence of these strange occurances, and when you show the proof to someone, they have no reaction. Sometimes, the stalking events become so frightening, that the police are called, and the hospital recieves the individual but no physician or law official has the ability to help in a way that is beneficial. It is a meticulously organized crime full of psychological operations and torture methods by devices.


The torture usually starts off slow, and progressively get's worse. It's hard to identify where the targeters are coming from, resulting in the targets helplessness. Targeted individuals usually lose thier jobs, homes, families, and are socially isolated. Many driven into a prison inside of thier own homes.


This guidebook was compiled by a targeted individual who has experienced psychological torture. I am a victim of targeting by what is often called "gangstalking" and also electronic harassment and surveillance. Who i have found as the culprit may shock you.



Nueroweapons


The United States Military Industrial Complex began making weapons for the battlefield that effect the nuerological state. It is designed to be non lethal, but will completely target and destroy the nuerological state of an individual. They have made a weapon that allows you to hear voices called the "Voice of God" weapon.

Many individuals are experiencing effects that are similar to this weapon. Elon Musk started Nueralink in July of 2016. Where, microchips were implanted in a brain machine that interfaces and connects human beings to a computer.

As technology advances, DARPA along with many Military installments all across the world are weaponizing the grid. With these weapons, it is deadly to be connected to radiomagnetic and electromagnetic frequencies. With laser weapons, heart attacks can be induced remotely by a sattellite or drone while the targeter is on the other side of the world. A whole country could be wiped out at the touch of a button.

Psychological torture has been perfected after many years of research, and the ability to target and destroy an individual for any reason does exist. These weapons make it easy for genocide and extermination of selected candidates instantly and silently behind closed doors. These weapons can be used for both protection, or evil agendas. Sadly, almost all of the world follows after money instead of the heart inside of people and would kill for it. Money is the fuel to all targeting of individuals. Many are poor, on government funding, lack the ability to work, or speak up for others when they see something wrong.

Why would a weapon be made called the voice of god, other than to decieve those of faith? What are they trying to destroy? It is made for persecution, and to lie and decieve an individual. This is not okay, at all.

Many people think, "They are only going to use these weapons on people who deserve it." Think about how one corrupt politician in Germany led an army to murder over 3 million children, women, and men in Auchwitz. Who has "the right hands" to hold weapons meant to decieve, kill, and destroy?

Nueroweapons have the ability to make you hear a voice inside of your brain that no one else can hear. It allows the targeter to have complete access to your nuerological system to as where they can make you move through your nervous system. They can make you smell certain scents. They can make you feel touch, taste, and feel burning on the skin and feel painful electric shocks. They can harm your muscles, and cause them to painfully contract. Your mind can be looped through nuerolink by emf, rmf signals and radiation inside of your own home. This will weaponize every single thought an individual has and combine it with 24/7 voice to speech by artificial intelligence. It will make your mind and body a prison.

Every structure where technology is, including electrical lines are weaponized. They are beginning to weaponize the very particles inside of our products including food. This is called nanoparticals, otherwise known as "smart dust". The world for decades has been coated by a layer of what is known as "chem trails" which could easily contain smart dust or a chemical agent similar to formalin that lights up during an MRI that would help in weaponizing the grid. These would be used and misused by surveillance and vigilantes.

We need to fight against these weapons, and not allow it in any country at all. It only takes one corrupt politician to destroy the innocent in thirst of power and control.



Demonic & Supernatural Forces


How It Became
When learned about biblical history, we find in the book of Enoch, that 200 angels fell. They were wicked, had evil children and destroyed the face of the earth and corrupted everything living. God was extremely hurt, sent a flood to save creation and that of what is not corrupt, and sent a savior for us. In this world, the corrupt unclean spirits of the demons and devils still remain from the flood. Jesus Christ cast out many from those who were afflicted and sore vexed. He showed that many of our problems are because of these disgusting things, and they work by imaginations of the mind and deceit. They are angry, they are wicked, and they torture because of thier lack of mercy, and they accuse before God to take down as many as they can with them. They are not only hurting us when they do these things, but they are targeting He who is in us. It is assignment against man by supernatural forces of the unseen world, and the reason why we do not see is because God hath covered our eyes. God loves us very much.

How God Won
In history, Rome has been thirsty for wealth, power, and control. They have many nations seated on them and they have political power. The Federal Reserve, which is controlled by the jewish dynasty have control over the financial power structure. Both of these structures are corrupt. It's no wonder that Pope Gregory designed the calendar we use today with many holidays denoted to disguised dieties. Many months named after a roman god. The 7 days of the week are named after a roman diety. Some of these gods required the sacrifices of innocent children and babies in history, such as ishtar (easter).
The kingdom of darkness disguises and masquerades as light, but there's nothing inside of it. They fuel wars, tyranny, and oppression because of thier thirst for power, wealth, and control over the people. Thier belief system is corrupt, and very abominable. They kill and destroy. This is why 2000 years ago the crosses hung the bodies of those with minor transgressions. Those who would pass by would either gape or cover thier eyes, but this type of punishment screamed, "We have control over death and over you."
The pharisees had a method of dividing and conquering the people, and when enjoined to Rome, they got even more powerful and waxed rich. The rich were divided against the poor, the sinners divided against the saints, and the women were divided against the men. God Most High sent Jesus Christ into the world. He fought against satan, cast out demons and healed the sick. Cured the blind. Raised the dead. Did wonderful things for the people. He was taken in under judgement by the old testament law in the hands of those in governing authority. The jews said he committed a crime because he healed when he should have rested. But, Jesus had compassion and empathy for this man and didn't want this man to suffer another day, so he healed him. The jews had a command from God that said, "Thou Shalt Not Kill." So they sent him over to Pilate to have him killed so that they would not be sinners. They were dumbfounded, not knowing what to do because this man is so wonderful and perfect, even Pilate was like "This man did nothing wrong!" So he tried to give him to someone else, but they just mocked him and sent him back because they didn't know what to do. Pilate trying to earn governing brownie points said, "Okay, so you people watching this happen.. What do you think? Who do i release? An innocent man or a murderer?" and they were like, "We want this murderer!" and then Pilate was like, "What do i do with this man?" and they said "KILL HIM!" and Pilate dipped his hands in a bowl and said "I'm really clean, even though this is bloodshed.. I'm really clean. I'm washing my hands." and sent him to be brutally tortured by 40 whippings with a leather whip that had flesh tearing bits at the end. While he felt every piece of his body burning, he was made to carry his beam up a hill while being mocked and spat on. He suffered greatly, cried out "FATHER FORGIVE THEM, FOR THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO." in the most excruciating painful groan. He died on the cross. They put him in a tomb, sealed up the door with thick bolts, and after 3 days the tomb was empty. "Where is he?" Mary cried.
But there he was, resurrected from death, appearing unto many witnesses.
This is our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. He defeated and conquered death, satan, and darkness.

But, the rise in power & control continues as they serve money or man, but need to serve God. Where money is concerned, it always thirsts and it's never enough. You're always stressed out, in want or need, laboring not from the heart. Buying possessions you have no time for, and homes you can't spend much time in, and hobbies you don't get to enjoy. Families, you don't get to spend time with. There is no rest.
To the working world, making money is more important than a workers mental and physical health. You don't get to go home when you would like to, and you are imprisoned to man for money. But it is a necessity, they believe and scoff at the poor, homeless, and jobless. Self reliance went out the window and trade skills are sold and not borrowed or shared. Everything revolves around money, and wars are fueled, sacrifices demanded, and we're all enslaved to a game we never asked for. It doesn't have to be that way.

So, the rulers with the principalities of darkness came together to form a weapon that will never prosper against the Saints of the Most High God. When you're strong in Gods Word, you'll understand that the war has been thousands of years old. It's the spiritual forces of evil becoming manifest in the physical world through mankind. We have to understand, Satan is here, and the war has already been won by Jesus Christ when you have faith and war with Evil.

LOVE ONE ANOTHER is Jesus's command to us.
Satan wants to bring us down. When you pay close attention, the war is against the 10 Commandments God gave us. He wants us to accuse one another. Accuse our neighbors. Never trust anybody at all. Satan boasts and manifests through possessed human beings. They will feel compelled to follow you. Everything will be directed to assault, harm, and harass you through the world powers. You might be placed on torture programs, betrayal by government officials, character assassinations, smear campaigns, and sometimes satan may manifest to you in a plethora of ways.
Good news.
The war has been won. 1 day is as 1000 years to God, and he is on his way back to bring satan and all evildoers to their eternal graves in finality.


What do we do during this time?



- Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Jesus commanded us to Love One Another

Be kind always to strangers. 
- Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares

We pray for everyone. We pray every morning. Prayer is powerful. Pay attention to how you feel after you pray. God hears, he draws near to you. He supports you. He fights with you. He is spirit. He works in the hearts of mankind. He is fighting through us..
Satan is fighting against him with his spiritual army, and he has a physical army that has given themselves up to him. Sadly, many people have not been baptized, many have fallen away from faith, and when they do have faith they entertain evil.
Get baptized. It doesn't matter who does it, as long as you have faith. Your baptism is one with Jesus's baptism. It is by faith that you are baptized. War with all evil you see, hear, or witness. Cast it off from you. Pray during times of temptation. God will deliver us out of temptation, you will see that satan manifests through a variety of different ways. We have power over him in Jesus's name. Whatever we bind here on earth is bound in heaven. We have spirit, and we have flesh. Our spirit is not joined to our body, it is free. So when we are baptized, and we follow Jesus Christ, we can fight the spiritual war too and we will be more in tune to it. The Holy Spirit is gifted unto us to help us fight this war.
But don't believe in any voices that discourage you. Don't believe that you will not be forgiven. Have faith, God loves you. He sent his word so that you can understand the spiritual and physical war. The Old Testament Law is against all our lawless enemies. Those in positions of law and authority are trampling on them, and they are accusing and convicting us when we're just minding our own business. They crawl into our homes to stare us down, cruelfully spiritually beat the living pulp out of us, and torment and torture us with nueroweapons. Are they righteous? Our righteousness is in God alone. Jesus Christ is judge of us, and it says in Revelation that when the day comes, not much flesh will be saved. It will be a day that no man can replicate, and it will be a day of darkness and death. There will be an earthquake so large that it will move the mountains out of their places. Everything will be scattered. Stars will fall from the sky. The heavens will open up like a scroll. Jesus will not touch down on earth, he will bring his people up.
Know that there are many who will say that they are Christ deceiving many with signs and wonders. They are antichrist, and they are destroying faith, hope, and love. When we stick with the Word of God, and still fight the war against Evil, we will be saved and we will be okay. We will overcome.
Always rebuke fear. Fear is not a spirit that God gave us. Rebuke the enemies in the name of Jesus Christ, for we have power over them. But, in the flesh, if there is someone following you, Jesus commanded us to love our enemies.
Even if the man was dispatched for some vouchers, maybe he was homeless and they told him that we are bad people. If we smile at them and approach them with kind conversation, he will leave knowing that our enemies are liars. We don't have to be liked, but we can always be kind, and spread the gospel. Satans inside of those people parading, and it's love that he's trying to kill. He's trying to kill the lights. We need to encourage love, kindness, and growth. People need to stop doing this, but if we lead by example, they will know that they're in the wrong. Love is more powerful than hate in this world.

It's also important to stay positive. We spend so much time researching and trying to find a way to resolve this, that it takes up our time. That's another tactic satan has, he wants to steal your time away, he wants you to be afraid, he wants you to feel helpless. "WHY IS NO ONE HELPING ME!"
But, when you start to realize that Jesus Christ came to help us, and he's coming back because some things we cannot get help for. The psychological operations are too deep, sometimes it's spiritual and there are things we don't understand in this world made manifest.. But some of the people you are seeing are also angels fighting satans attempts. You'll know them by the kind gestures and love that they share with you. Satan wants to destroy kindness and love. He will only masquerade as light in order to deceive people and have them follow after temptations, lust, lies, and an antichrist belief structure that perverts the truth of the Glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ.
To those he revealed it to, Jesus Christ is God come in the flesh, was slain, resurrected, and will return.
To those who followed, Jesus Christ is The Son of God come in the flesh, was slain, resurrected, and will return.
To the pharisees, Jesus Christ is the Son of David come in the flesh.
To the woman at the well, Jesus Christ is the prophet who came in the flesh.
BELIEVE

For we will suffer Christian persecution. Our enemies will seek after us to slaughter us. Death has lost it's sting. Our enemies of Islam, and our enemies of Satanism. We are now battling one world religion, false prophets, false Gods, false teachers. This is how Satan enters into our country, because he will use these people to war against us. The One World Religions will play duality and persecute us. It will be the satanists, the jihads, the vatican & catholics, the luciferians, the secret societies, and even those who masquerade at the little streetcorner church. The neighbors will get involved and meddle in our affairs. We will experience break ins, and we might even come close to death quite a few times before it truly settles in. Peoples comments will be directly aimed at you, what you are thinking, or it might feel as if they have been watching you for quite some time. They will always be attracted to you like a magnet, but they will be rude, and their behavior will be off. The news will pertain to your situations, the synchronizations will approach and have you scratching your head as you pull into KFC for a bucket of Chicken and you start hearing that song "A little bit of Chicken Fried". You'll only look at the clock at 11:11. Satans distracting you from the gospel. He wants you to spend all your time with him and not Jesus Christ.


GET TO KNOW YOUR ENEMIES AND THOSE WHO PERSECUTE US BECAUSE WE ARE CHOSEN BY GOD AND TAKEN OUT OF THE WORLD, BECAUSE WE ARE NOT OF THIS WORLD.
- If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

 - Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

  - Love not the world, neither the things [that are] in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

  - I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

He exposed those who are operating from Hell, the fallen devils...
 - And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

 - They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.


 - For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].


For even in the last days, satan and the devils take a seat as Kings that rule over 7 nations. 5 nations fell, as Lucifer. 


And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. - Revelation 17:10-11

They sow themselves back in after their reign.

But, the angels of old were cast in everlasting chains awaiting the day of Judgement. They are not physical. (See: Jude 1:6, 2 Peter 2:4)

Satan is the Dragon of Revelation.

Revelation 12:7-9 - And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels


 - Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

- Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour

19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.

20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts

Now, when it comes to "one world religion" we cannot make peace with satans seed. No, it is not ever possible to drive in a false prophet and align it with Gods word. Never is it going to be alright to take the doctrine passed down from the families of the Israelite and allow it to be foreign. It is for them.

The problem with the doctrine of Muhammad is that it is Antichrist. He is the false prophet.
Isa is the name that both Muhammad and Hitler Germany called Jesus Christ. Hitler encouraged a movement that turned Martyrdom for Muhammad into slaughtering both the Jews and Christians.
For why would God slander his Prophets and those who follow after thier prophet? Why would they kill those who belong to the family of Abraham and follow the law Moses specifically gave them and wrote down from the mouth of God. Why would they martyr by killing Jews who hold the papyrus that Moses penned down for his generations in Israel. For it was copied and passed down from the families of Moses and Abraham. It is the Law God gave for the Israelites who were taken out of captivity from Egypt when they sold them as slaves. This law was to be kept for all generations for all their families. For all of Israel to obey, but it is by God that Judgement is made.
Gabriel would have delivered the message to Muhammad about this law, and what it means and how to observe Gods Commandments and give them to all the people.

Observe the spiritual war made manifest by these works that satan has done in the world and how it is still being operated today.

Satan may have come to Muhammad, presented himself as Gabriel (For he will even masquerade as Jesus, as lucifer meaning light, and an angel of light -See: 2 Corinthians 11:14) to send a rotten message that destroys the work of God in Christ.


For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. 8Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. 9Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. 10If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed - 2 John 7:10

So, in the last days, which is here and the reason why we are being targeted.. the antichrist will not confess these things without renouncing it. We much make it known that none of the confessions made can ever be renounced at any time. Jesus Christ is God come in the flesh. Would a Jihad confess that? What about a satanist? Jesus Christ conquered and defeated satan. A satanist will never confess that. Because the luciferians believe in the damnable blasphemy, because that is satans synagogue. The angel of light told the people that there is a secret and satan masquerades as Jesus Christ. This leads many of the elite and renown to hell. Destroying their spiritual bodies, so once they die, they will all be destroyed. It is unforgivable to blasphemy the Holy Spirit of God and to believe this is giving yourself up to darkness and destruction without any chance of salvation.
"And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come." - Matthew 12:32

Because our targeters blasphemy the Holy Ghost with their devices. Those who worship the beast and it's image and receive the mark on the right hand or forehead will be cast into the lake of fire, and they will seek death but they will not find it. Not only will they be going through pain and torment, they will have to suffer as all evil is one. They will get no rest day or night those who worship the beast.

The beast system is centered around the worshipping of money, satan, lucifer, islam, catholicism, secret societies, royalty, elite, renown, merchants and their craft, musicians, worshiping of self.. All of this leads to destruction.
For those who worship money will kill for it.
The satanists lacks of morality will abduct, abuse, and sacrifice for satan.
The luciferians will abuse and torture for entertainment.
Islam will wield their swords for the hell and death of it.
The Vatican will take their law and abuse and kill with their devices
Secret Societies will ritualistically duel with humans as pawns
Royalty will lust and lust and kill and bleed out their victims secretly and parade in public
Elite will follow after all the above stated
The Renown is one with the Elite
Merchants will kill their competition or drive them insane with devices
Their craft will be polluted for their entertainment and to cut costs
Musicians will follow the elite clubs and mock and laugh at their fans through devices
Those who worship themselves will be glorified in their vanity or else. . .

These are our targeters.

We won't be able to buy sell or trade without being apart of any of these. Many will be killed if they do not worship any of these.

Did you know?
The angels did not know who Jesus was because God was undercover to do a mission to bring us to salvation from what's to come. The spiritual world that makes itself manifest and the workings of satan. To deliver our souls out of the chains of hell.
